Room Reservation/Cancellation Policy
- Check in/Check Out time 12.00 Noon.
- All Bookings are confirmed/Guaranteed only if you hold CONFIRMATION VOUCHER
- In the case of "No Shows" the hotel reserves right to charge Retention charges of 1 night. Cancellation should be notified 7 Days prior to arrival . check in.
- Mandatory ID Proof of guests, As per the directive given by the Government Department of Tourism and Police Department, all Indian Nationals are required to produce proper proof of identification upon check-in. Valid Identification documents include: Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voters ID card, Or PAN card; the document must include a photograph. All foreign nationals to submit original passport and valid visa.
- Unmarried couple with different identity proof will not be allotted the room.
- Please provide us the GST details if available.
- Early check in will be allowed subject to the availability of room.
- Dear Guest, We do not allot the rooms to Marriage Group as per our Hotel Policy. The Management has the rights to cancel the booking without prior notice.
